Architecture and community development are not just practices or sets of services. They represent a desire for healthy, sustainable, and prosperous communities, both rural and urban. p3 was founded on a belief in the capacity of pioneering communities to work hard and lead with vision. I work purposefully with neighbors and friends to set goals and map sustainable solutions unique to each client and environment.
What does p3 do?
I work with clients and communities to create purposeful environments and visions for the future while developing the projects and comprehensive plans that will support big dreams. I design specific environments. I facilitate public and municipal meetings. I design and implement surveys, polls, and questionnaires.
In communities without budget or staff, I serve as a stand-in community planning administrator. I plan, organize, and facilitate focus groups. I create and manage highly collaborative charrette experiences.
p3’s an architecture firm. p3’s a planning firm. I’m an advocate. I’m a collaborator. I’m a partner to clients and communities who place a high value on sustainability and growth.
